THE SETUP
Bankless DAO brought me on as their merch designer. I delivered and then something bigger felt like it wanted to be born. I pitched an idea nobody had pulled off before: 1,111 unique NFTs, each one redeemable for a physical shirt printed with that exact artwork. Every owner gets a one of one. The NFT is the shirt.
I joined forces with the lead artist and we assembled a 10-person team across design, dev, and community management, hunted down the one printer in my network willing to actually figure out the never-been-done production, and shepherded the whole thing from concept to launch.
